ComfyUI exposes processing steps as nodes with inputs, outputs and settings. It can run locally, while hosted services can provide related interfaces and computation. The official repository describes supported model families and installation routes.
Installing the interface does not install every model or community extension. A workflow may require separate weights, input images, video tools and Python packages. Read the dependency list before pressing Run.
Start with a documented example for the exact model you intend to use. Save an unchanged copy, confirm its inputs and then make one purposeful modification. This is easier to diagnose than importing several unfamiliar node packs at once. A connected-looking graph is a set of instructions; it becomes evidence of generation only when it executes and you inspect the exported result.
